Outpatient Clinic
The Outpatient Clinic provides mental health services to residents of Westchester County and surrounding areas. Services include psychiatric evaluation, group, individual and family therapy and medication, if needed.
Regular clinic hours are 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., but special appointment times may be arranged at other times. There are several therapy groups that meet in the evening as well.
Please come promptly to your scheduled appointments. Notify us if you must cancel or if you are delayed and would like to reschedule. Clinic telephone numbers are 914.493.7088, where you can contact your therapist.
If your therapist is not available, please ask to leave a message. If the telephone is not answered, please leave your message on the voice mail and if possible include a telephone number, so that your therapist may return your call.
In an emergency, or crisis, please try to contact your therapist. If you are unable to do so, and it is within the regular clinic hours, please ask to speak to the Medical Director, Dr. Deborah Cross or the therapist on-call for that day, in the Adult Clinic, or Dr. Ortiz-Schwartz for the Child/Adolescent Clinic
In an emergency or crisis during the evening or on weekends, please contact the Westchester Medical Center Crisis Team by calling 914.493.7075. Be sure to tell them you are a clinic patient and give them the name of your therapist. You may also come directly to the Psychiatric Emergency Room to speak to someone.
